i'm back from katsucon. long train ride from philly to trenton was made shorter by conversation with a friend. missed my train in trenton and ended up waiting an hour, chatting the night away. a sleepy snow now blankets the city.

one day i'll attend an anime convention just as a photographer. i'll wander the halls all day and night meeting interesting characters, snapping photos as i go along. until then, i'll have to settle for the hour or two of general mayhem i manage to scrap up in between the work and exhaustion.

the nights are a walk with winter and the days are a dance with summer. i saw some kids walking home from school, clad in shorts, bags in hand, skipping along like zippity doo. i hardly know what takes me from one place to another anymore, but reasons are so much less important to me nowadays. i'm choosing to fall in love with love.
