got my large prints today

i'm currently testing various photo processing labs and services to see what works best for me in printing enlargements. i got my prints today. great packaging of the prints (they're very well protected), though the prints themselves are a bit darker than i expected. this probably means i'll have to travel down the slippery slope of color calibration and management.
