new york's comic con starts up today at the jacob javits center. purported attendance from 30-60,000. i walked through half of the exhibitor's hall and got tired. there was one booth with sok-o dolls which totally wowed me. these dolls are ridiculous! i'm going to end up with two or three dolls before the weekend's up, i can feel it.
one final convention in san diego at the start of next week, then i'm done for april. the schedule is tight, as i fly out to southern california right after comic con, pick up supplies for the san diego show, and drive down to san diego for the convention that same day.
